The TNR Project

Flaunt Your Tip!

The TNR Project is a group of working individuals who practice Trap-Neuter-Return for stray, homeless, feral and community cats twice a week. We always need fosters and rescues to socialize kittens. By practicing TNR on the streets, we are helping to take shelters to No-Kill status. Learn to TNR and Join our team!

how you can help

The best way in our mind, is to become a TNR team! There are not enough TNR educated "feet on the street" and the cats/kittens desperately need more people to help them. Consider grabbing a friend and creating a team of your own to hit the streets once or twice a week or month to help a colony in need! Help us educate neighborhoods by translating (Spanish & Chinese) and finding out who needs help.

If you can't adopt....foster

If you can't foster...sponsor

If you can't sponsor...volunteer

If you can't volunteer...donate

If you can't donate...educate

Everyone can do something to help save a life!

IN NEED OF VETS: A lot of vets unfortunately don't know how and aren't trained to work with feral cats. Other vets aren't willing to work with ferals in case they are injured on the job. This makes it extremely difficult for us to find good vets who offer feral cat discounts who will work with us. Remember, we are independent people, not a 501c3 who receives grants/funds! Sometimes we have to trap a cat with a broken leg or who have been abused by humans. In cases where they have already been fixed, FixNation can't help us. Therefore, we need to  figure out a way to get these cats the attention they desperately need.

If you want to donate to our house account at one of the vets we DO use, please contact us for information.

CALLING ALL VET TECHS: If you are interested in "giving back" to the cats/kittens on the streets, please offer us your services! Our fosters & volunteers are always in need of microchip insertions, vaccinations, nail trims and sometimes Sub-Q fluids in extreme rescue cases. We'd love to give you the experience of a lifetime!
